How do I checkout? / I'm having trouble using the checkout
We offer both Paypal and Stripe as ways to checkout, you don't need to have an account with either though! The payment gateways both accept all major debit and credit cards. If you are having trouble checking out please ensure all your details you are entering exactly match those with your chosen card.
Still having issues? Please get in touch with us straight away here and we will be able to help you. Alternatively you can visit our online Etsy Store https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/OrgillOriginals
We can also create direct invoices to send to you via email if preferred.
Do you offer a repair service?
Yes! This is specifically for our own bags and designs, whilst they are designed to last, we understand that wear and tear happens and as such we can repair any of our bags stitching/replace metalwork if required for no charge on the service. All we ask is that you cover the postage costs for getting the item to us and then returned to yourself. Simply drop us a line here to arrange this.
Unfortunately we cannot repair other leather items that have not been made by ourselves.
I really need an item super quickly for a special occasion, can you do this?
Yes! The vast majority of our items are made to order and as such have longer lead times. However during quieter times of the year these lead times can definitely be reduced. Simply drop us a message to let us know the date you require your item for or pop it in the customer note section during checkout so we know the timescale we have to work to.
We also offer Royal Mail Special Next Day postage that can be chosen during checkout - whilst this cannot speed up our handmade processes it will certainly speed up the delivery and should be with you the next working day from your item being posted.
We always want our items to be fully enjoyed whether it's a birthday, anniversary or surprise celebration and we endeavor to make sure any of our creations (big or small!) can be with you on time.
How do I look after my leather?
We have a dedicated page right here that has all our best tips and tricks to looking after your leather including our recommended moisturisers and protection sprays.
