Our official site only delivers within the UK excluding NI and we are currently unable to post out internationally.

If you need your item for a specific date we highly recommend getting in touch before placing your order, or leave a note at checkout with your ideal delivery date. Whilst we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date we will do our best to get as close to it as we can.

Delivery is included in orders that are £25 or over - please be sure to select the 'Free Delivery' option at checkout to take advantage of this. Before the £25 limit is met, this option will show with a price, but once your basket is over £25 this option will show as £0.00.

The following items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard - this does not have a tracking number - if you would like to have your parcel tracked please get in touch before placing your order or choose one of our tracked delivery upgrades, such as RM tracked 48. Estimated dispatch is between 2-3 working days for these items. Please check individual items to see if they are made to order or ready made as this may increase the lead time before dispatch.

The following items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. This includes a tracking number which will be provided to you in your dispatch email. Further upgrades are also available to choose at checkout.

  • All Leather Bags

  • Leather Trays

  • Larger Leather Accessories - playing card holders, watch, darts, golf cases etc.

Paper Roses are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 as standard.

All made to order leather bags have a 1-2 week lead time before dispatch unless otherwise stated. While we always try to send them out sooner please take this into account when placing your order.

Personalised Paper Roses

All personalised paper roses have a 3-7 working day lead time before dispatch, this may increase for larger orders so please take this into account when placing your order.

Important Info

Please note that royal mail does not class a parcel as 'lost' until 10 working days after the expected delivery date. If you believe your order is delayed or lost, please get in touch but be prepared to wait this scheduled timing, as before this point royal mail will not investigate further. We will do everything we can to help and get your order safely to you.

Customs & Import Charges

We cannot predict if your order may require customs, tax or import charges. Any extra payments must be made by the customer. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Delivery times may increase during busy periods (e.g. Christmas). Please get in touch before placing your order if you have an urgent delivery timeframe.

Please note all delivery times are estimated and we cannot accept liability for late deliveries beyond our control.
